Oakland made me direct.

I write the books I wish somebody handed me — for the nurse coming off a double, the one taking care of their mama, the dude tired of getting played at the dealership.

Beexy Does It Publications is the whole thing under one roof: guided journals, plain-spoken manuals, children's books, and fiction with teeth. I run it myself, top to bottom — write it, design it, ship it.

The voice doesn't change book to book. That's on purpose. If it sounds like somebody who's actually been there, that's because I have.
